Members of the Richmond Ambulance Authority (RAA) and the Richmond Fire Department (RFD) were recognized at a luncheon organized by HCA Virginia Health System’s Chippenham Hospital and Burn Center for their work in saving and treating victims of recent house fires in the City of Richmond.
Chippenham Hospital’s Burn Medical Director, Dr. Jeffrey Litt, spoke to the crews and commended them for the work they did in saving the victims of the house fires and the difference it made in saving the patients’ lives.
RAA Paramedic Miguel Bolanos, Paramedic Madison Ellison-Potter, EMT Molly Ambrosio, EMT Nicole Joachim, and EMT Adam Lilly were praised along with firefighters for their quick action and recognition of what was needed during the emergency. RAA was grateful to our partners at HCA for organizing the event and honoring our crews.
