The Richmond Ambulance Authority (RAA) welcomed visitors from the California Ambulance Association (CAA) as part of the organization’s “Ready, Next, Live” leadership development for EMS leaders from agencies across the Golden State. RAA provided a detailed presentation, tour of our headquarters and hosted a roundtable discussion where we shared ideas and best practices. It was a valuable day, as all participants gained valuable knowledge and information aimed at improving the services we provide.
