RAA’s Major Chad Greedan appeared on NBC12 News at Noon to speak about seat belt safety as part of Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles’ Local Heroes campaign. Major Greedan appeared in a Public Service Announcement with first responders from the Metro-Richmond area including the City of Richmond, Chesterfield, Hanover, and Henrico Counties produced by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles to promote seat belt safety. Major Greedan spoke about his participation in the video and how he’s seen first-hand seat belts save lives.
