Access RAA’s Documents on eVA
The Richmond Ambulance Authority (RAA) utilizes the Commonwealth of Virginia’s electronic procurement system (eVA) for issuing its competitive, sealed procurements. In addition, RAA also posts all of its Notice of Award, sole source and emergency award documents on eVA.

Addenda: Interested parties are encouraged to visit the eVA Web site often to obtain addenda if they are not signed up to receive automatic notifications from eVA. RAA does not provide direct notification of changes to the original solicitation documents. RAA assumes no responsibility or liability for informing recipients of downloaded documents or changes to original documents. It is the sole responsibility of those bidders/offerors to ensure they have copies of any addenda.
