Richmond Women’s Health and Fitness Expo

The Richmond Ambulance Authority will be teaching Hands Only CPR at the 2019 Richmond Women’s Health and Fitness Expo on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. Come by our booth and learn this life saving skill. The Richmond Women’s Health & Fitness Expo presented by CBS 6 is back for its 17th year featuring over 100 booths and exhibits offering resources and goods from healthcare centers, local area businesses, and wellness professionals. The Expo features three dynamic stages: The Fitness Stage, The Cooking Stage, and The Lifestyle Stage. Each stage is filled with high-energy, motivational speakers showcasing the newest trends in healthy living across all areas of life! Men and children are welcome at the expo as there is something for everyone to enjoy. Expo tickets are $4 and are sold at the door. Kids 12 and under get in free.
